The HYHM15 series CNC honing machine is a high-precision, fully electric servo CNC vertical single-axis, dual-station honing machine. It is suitable for honing the precision holes of parts such as cylinder bodies, connecting rods, gears, valve bodies, superchargers, oil pumps and nozzles, plunger sleeves, compressors, hydraulic parts, mold bushings, and bearing holes, achieving high dimensional accuracy, geometric accuracy, and surface roughness after processing. This series of honing machines uses imported high-performance PLC control, with the spindle reciprocation and rotation driven by servo motors, and the honing head expansion and contraction driven by a servo proportional valve. It features high control precision and is equipped with an automatic online measurement system, enabling single-machine automation and integration into automated production lines for high production efficiency. It is an ideal honing machine for the automotive, motorcycle, compressor, hydraulic pneumatic, oil pump and nozzle, bearing, military, and instrumentation industries.
