The HSTK15D series CNC high-speed boring machine is a high-precision, fully servo CNC vertical boring machine, standard equipped with a 24-BT50 disc-type tool magazine, a 4th axis turntable + cradle, and is a high-speed boring machine tailored for the engine remanufacturing industry. It can automatically complete the processing of inline L3 to L6 cylinder bodies, V6 to V12 cylinder bodies, and W12 cylinder bodies, achieving high dimensional accuracy, geometric accuracy, and surface roughness after processing. This series of boring machines is a secondary development based on the Huazhong CNC system, making it more suitable for the user's operating habits and operable without a CNC programming foundation. The spindle reciprocation, spindle rotation, and worktable movement are all driven by servo motors, with high control accuracy. It is the ideal processing equipment for the engine remanufacturing industry.
