This machine tool is suitable for repairing engines. Grind (mill) the joint surfaces of various engines, generator cylinder bodies, and cylinder heads (such as cars, tractors, generators, tanks,ships, etc.) to achieve the required working accuracy. After adding a distribution disk to this machinetool, it can also grind the flat surfaces of other parts.
1. The bed body adopts integral casting technology, which is sturdy and stable. The worktable and spindle box are driven by precision linear tracks and ball screws with good geometric accuracy, ensuring smooth movement. Both the X-axis and Z-axis are driven by servo motors. The spindle is driven directly by a servo motor, allowing it to achieve maximum cutting torque at any speed. Can effectively improve the machining efficiency of machine tools.
2.The electrical part is controlled by PLC and touch screen, and PLC can reliably control the movement and speed of X-axis, Z-axis, and spindle. The touch screen can easily input various parameters and display the real-time machining status of the machine tool. Facilitating human-machine communication between operators and machine tools.
3.Suspended button station design, convenient for operators to operate the machine tool at any position, and enclosed water cover design is safe and environmentally friendly.
4. The device supports multiple language interfaces to meet the needs of customers in differentlanguages.
5. The machine tool adopts a vertical axis structure to improve work efficiency and machining accuracy.
